Delivery and Returns

We understand that sometimes things may not come as expected / manufacturers can make faults and thinks can break. We’re very understanding! 

Device Returns: You may return your device to us within 3 months of purchase. This is only applicable for hardware faults

Hardware: If your hardware is opened and used, we cannot take this back. We are only able to accept returns on faulty items which are not used.

Not happy with what you have and would like a refund? We will help you as much as we can to keep your vape spirits high! 

We do accept refunds for any e-liquids we sell.

Your device has a 3 month warranty from us, we will give you store credit or a replacement on the instant only if: faulty, damaged. Any drops or water damage will not be covered. 

Our refund policy is strictly replacements or store credit.
